Definitions:
products - means the products described in any order
made via the eMarket HAMERLIK website;
site means the current live version of the eMarket HAMERLIK website as
maintained on the world wide web
shop - means the HAMERLIK online shop
company - means the owner of the eMarket HAMERLIK online shop, the
"eMarket HAMERLIK Krystian Hamerlik-Konopka" company
Delivery:
The items on our site are in most cases dispatched as priority
shipments by the Polish Post. In case you prefer another shipping
method, you should contact us before placing the order.
Buyer is responsible for any shipping costs (unless otherwise stated in
the product quotation). Additionally, detailed information on delivery
costs is displayed every time upon order completion.
Shipping costs depend on the package weight. Our e-shop software
automatically calculates the shipping costs based on your Zip/postal
code, and the estimated weight of your package.
Delivery times:
Our products are packed and dispatched immediately upon your order
confirmation and payment. Priority shipments dispatched by the Polish
Post nationwide should be delivered the next working day after posting.
Delivery times to other European countries are between 3 - 5 working
days; and elsewhere worldiwe 5 - 7 working days.
In the event of an item being temporarily unavailable or due to other
force majeur event, the Customer will be instantly notified about
possible delays.
Returns:
In accordance with applicable laws and regulations in force, products
can be returned without a specific reason within 2 calendar days after
your order has been delivered. Returns must include all original items,
undamaged, in re-saleable unused condition, all original packaging.
Claims for shortages or damage must be reported to the Company within
48 hours of receipt of goods if you intend to return it for replacement
or refund. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Buyer is
responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back.
Important rules regarding claims:
- All returned goods must be complete and in NEW condition with all
original packaging material!
- Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
- Along with the dispatch you must send us a written statement of
the contract cancellation, purchase documents (receipt, invoice, bill),
and also Buyer's name and the bank account number to which the money
shall be refunded.
- If the item(s) was damaged on receipt, then you should draw up a
protocol in the courier's presence and dispatch the damaged goods to

- The decision of whether a refund is given will be made by our
company after the returned product's verification. The cost of any
items that have been found to be damaged in transit or missing will be
refunded to you within 3 working days upon our receiving the items
back. Your refund will be reduced by the shipping costs. We do not take
any other handling charges, we only get back the money paid to the
courier.
- In the case when our company has made out an invoice, a
prerequisite for a refund is your sending back to our company a signed
copy of a corrective document (corrective invoice) to the purchase
document.
